Chocolate Brownies: Gluten Free, Casein Free, Soya Free, Naturally Sweetened

Tastes sweet and gooey but doesn't have any added sugar!

Ingredients:

  • Medjool Dates 1 tightly packed Cup

  • Raw Almonds 1 Cup

  • Cacao Powder 1 Cup

  • Oat flour 3/4 Cup

  • Ground Flaxseed 3 tablespoons

  • Salt pinch of

  • Baking soda 1 teaspoon

  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

  • Apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon

  • Plant based milk 2 Cups

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 180C. Blend your oats into a flour if you have not already.

  2. Combine almonds, dates, plant milk, and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Add to a bowl with remaining ingredients. Pour into a nonstick brownie pan and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes, top with flaky salt, and enjoy!
